All purchases from ASH Industries, and AshTactical.com fall under the terms and conditions stated here.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of purchase you may return it for a refund of the product price. Allowing the product is not damaged, is not a consumable good/product, or a limited edition item. Please contact Ash Industries if you are not satisfied with your product for any reason or have any problems with it. Knowing your feedback and experiences with our products allows us to supply the best that we can, and improve on our products and offerings.

Returns and Limited Warranty:

Any product that is not a consumable good, may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days. The original product will need to be shipped back to Ash Industries, after receiving it we will inspect the product and depending on your request for either a refund or to issue an exchange. Please contact Ash Industries before sending in a product for a refund or exchange so that we can provide you with an RMA number and additional instructions (Some of our products ship directly from our vendors, therefore require special instructions or packaging requirements).

Some products may be subject to restocking fees, Ash Industries will notify you of these fees prior to issuing an RMA number and instructions for return.

Body Armor

By purchasing any body armor, plates, or resistant materials from us you agree to the following:

Survival Kits:

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the time the order is placed as long as the products are returned in the same re-sellable condition deemed by us. All shortages must be reported within 30 days as well. If the item(s) is defective, Ash Tactical will replace the item and pay for the return shipping. Only the item will be replaced; not the entire survival kit.  Should you notice or have any discrepancy in your billing/invoicing you have 30 days to report it to Ash Tactical.

If the merchandise purchased was defective in anyway, the customer will have will have 30 days to notify Ash Tactical of the defective merchandise. If we are notified within 30 days replacement product will be shipped out at no additional cost to the customer. Please note that we will replace only defective items included in the kit.

If an item is damaged by UPS during the shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact UPS directly. Insurance is issued free up to $100 but insurance must be paid for in advance if the customer wants insurance over $100.

If an order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded once the products have been returned but the shipping charge as well as the return shipping cost will not be refunded. 

On orders returned for any reason other than defective merchandise the shipping charges will not be refunded and there will be a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original charge of the order.

Food and water products can not be returned to be re-sold according to law, therefore refunds for food and water products cannot be issued.

Any order placed on a credit/debit card that is canceled before it ships out will have an 3.5% cancellation fee deducted from the refund.  If the order has shipped before we were able to cancel it, then the return policy mentioned above will be applied.

Payments

We accept payments on our website via paypal so that we can accept a wide variety of credit cards and keep our prices low for you. With PayPal you can pay with either your credit, debit, or PayPal account. You do not need to create a PayPal account to purchase goods or services with us.

Payments from AshTactical.com will show up on your card as ASHIndustries.
